Planning Phase
We begin each project by developing a BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
From the pre-construction phase, we create detailed plans in Revit, enabling us to generate take-offs and budgets using OPUS.
This ensures that both pre-construction and construction phases are fully planned, monitored, and controlled.
To track progress accurately, we use LiDAR technology for precise measurement of work advancement on-site.
With the Microsoft Project suite, we manage project scheduling at multiple levels—from daily task details to the overall master plan—providing clear follow-up across the different project phases.
Executive Phase
In this phase, we use the planning developed during pre-construction to manage procurement, project execution, and closure.
Our proactive approach ensures that activities are clearly defined in advance, with weekly planning of tasks, assigned teams, and production levels.
This allows us to keep the project on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
We also conduct periodic evaluations of progress and achievements, enabling us to reorient strategies when necessary
to maintain efficiency and successful delivery.
Monitoring & Controlling Phase
Using field data, we continuously update our models to monitor and control the project in real time.
By integrating this information with Power BI, we maintain interactive dashboards that track the project’s
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
Close-Out Phase
In this phase, we carry out the legal, administrative, and technical closure of the project.
All project information is compiled, organized, and transferred to the operations and maintenance team,
ensuring a structured and efficient handover for long-term asset management.
