We begin our conceptual designs by considering site preparation and architectural requirements, using tools such as Smart Build. These platforms allow us to visualize in 3D the best possible solutions according to each client’s needs, working within LOD 100–LOD 200.
Our process is driven by highly qualified staff, advanced technology, and continuous innovation. Our team includes architects, engineers, and 3D modelers, enabling us to work with BIM (Building Information Modeling) in a Common Data Environment (CDE). This approach optimizes asset solutions while ensuring effective information management for all stakeholders—supporting both project execution and future facility maintenance.
We then transfer these files in IFC and BIM formats into Revit, where we develop detailed designs and documentation, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at Level of Development (LOD) 300.
Once the plans are approved, we manage the process of obtaining all necessary construction permits, ensuring a smooth transition from design to execution.
We begin each project by developing a BIM Execution Plan (BEP). From the pre-construction phase, we create detailed plans in Revit, enabling us to generate take-offs and budgets using OPUS. This ensures that both pre-construction and construction phases are fully planned, monitored, and controlled. To track progress accurately, we use LiDAR technology for precise measurement of work advancement on-site.

Using field data, we continuously update our models to monitor and control the project in real time. By integrating this information with Power BI, we maintain interactive dashboards that track the project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
In this phase, we carry out the legal, administrative, and technical closure of the project. All project information is compiled, organized, and transferred to the operations and maintenance team, ensuring a structured and efficient handover for long-term asset management.
